Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and a description of your project. You may also share your phone number, company, role, dates and number of guests. These additional details are optional.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used only to answer your request and prepare a travel proposal. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before a contract. It is never sold or used for marketing.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted 12 months after our last exchange. Correspondence about a booked trip is kept as long as needed to organise it and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Recipients and service providers
Your request is sent by email to hello@vino-voyages.com. Technical providers involved: Lovable (website hosting and form delivery), Resend (email sending) and OVH (mailbox). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union under their contractual safeguards.
Cookies
The website uses only technical cookies needed for security and delivery. No advertising cookies are set. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when they load.
